Our Factory

 

The company operates its own standardized production facility spanning 5,000 square meters, organized into five functional zones: CNC machining, sheet metal processing, precision turn-milling, quality inspection, and office/negotiation areas. This layout ensures independent management of production, inspection, and administrative functions, supported by a scientifically planned and efficient workflow. The workshop is fully equipped with automated precision machining, sheet metal cutting and bending, and high-precision grinding machinery, forming a comprehensive closed-loop production line. This enables end-to-end in-house processing-from raw material cutting, precision machining, and bending/forming to final product inspection-eliminating the need for outsourced intermediate steps. The facility includes a dedicated office complex and professional meeting rooms to accommodate client visits and technical project consultations. Implementing a total quality management model and a digital production control system, the factory maintains data records for every process step and utilizes AI-driven management tools to optimize scheduling and quality control. This setup supports both mass production and small-batch custom prototyping, allowing for the flexible, simultaneous production and delivery of diverse precision components across various specifications.

Production Equipment

 

The company has invested in a comprehensive suite of high-end Japanese and domestic CNC precision machining equipment, covering the full spectrum of processes including turning, milling, grinding, and sheet metal fabrication. Precision milling capabilities feature 3+2 five-axis, simultaneous five-axis, and four-axis machining centers (such as Hehai/DMG models), as well as Qiaofeng VH-85, FANUC T7, and Gelema 850 (center-coolant) units; a Skeye heavy-duty gantry machining center accommodates extra-long workpieces up to 4 meters. Precision turning equipment includes Tsugami S206A and Citizen A20N sliding-head lathes, Miyano BNA42 turn-mill centers, and Takamatsu CNC lathes, capable of processing miniature precision shafts ranging from φ1 to φ42 mm. Sheet metal operations utilize Han's Laser fiber laser cutters, KoMile and Hanst CNC press brakes, and vertical forging machines. Over a hundred auxiliary processing units-including high-precision CNC surface grinders, drill-tap centers, metal band saws, and graphite milling machines-round out the capabilities.
