This helps prevent uneven load distribution and excessive localized wear during heavy-duty operation. We inspect these critical parameters throughout the manufacturing process.

Heavy-Duty Equipment for Large Workpieces

Our facility is equipped with heavy-duty machinery designed for large workpiece processing. We operate Skeye heavy-duty gantry machining centers capable of handling workpieces up to 4 meters in length. Large gear blanks usually involve high weight and complex structures. Our forging and heat treatment processes help achieve uniform internal material properties. We strictly follow the IATF16949 automotive quality management system. During production, we perform regular in-process inspections to ensure each machining step remains stable and controlled.
