General Core Structural Features

  • Fitting Body: Serving as the structural foundation, it is typically made of metals such as stainless steel, brass, or carbon steel. It offers excellent strength and corrosion resistance, stably withstands system pressure, and is suitable for various complex operating conditions.
  • Sealing Components: Centered around elements like rubber O-rings, bonded washers, and copper gaskets, these components fill connection gaps through compression and deformation, structurally preventing fluid leakage. Materials can be customized based on the properties of the fluid medium.
  • Locking and Fastening Structure: Comprising components such as connecting nuts and ferrules, this structure generates clamping force through threaded tightening, achieving a secure mechanical grip between the pipe and the fitting to prevent loosening or detachment.
  • Anti-Detachment/Locking Design: Most products feature built-in locking mechanisms-such as retaining pins or springs-that secure the connection under vibration or impact, preventing accidental disconnection and ensuring operational safety.

Structural Features Specific to Typical Categories
Quick-Connect/Disconnect Fittings

  • Supports tool-free, rapid connection and disconnection; piping can be connected without tightening threads, significantly improving assembly and disassembly efficiency.
  • Features an internal elastic collet/claw structure that automatically grips the pipe upon insertion; combined with an O-ring for simultaneous sealing, it offers exceptional ease of use.

Ferrule Fittings

  • Centered on a precision 24° conical sealing structure; the sharp cutting edge of the single or double ferrule bites 0.25–0.5 mm into the outer wall of the steel pipe, creating a primary mechanical seal.
  • Upon compression, the ferrule forms a spring-like, barrel-shaped structure that counteracts the risk of nut loosening caused by vibration; capable of withstanding pressures up to 420 bar, these fittings support repeated assembly/disassembly and require no welding.
