Superior Coaxiality and Cylindricity

Coaxiality and cylindricity are critical factors that affect worm transmission accuracy and operating stability. We control coaxiality within ≤0.003mm and achieve Grade 5 precision for high-accuracy applications. For larger specifications, we provide Grade 7 precision with cylindricity controlled within ≤0.02mm. Excellent coaxiality helps reduce eccentric movement during rotation. Accurate cylindricity ensures consistent contact between worm tooth surfaces and mating worm wheels. These precision controls improve transmission efficiency and extend equipment service life.

Specialized Equipment Investment

We have invested in advanced machining equipment for precision worm production. Swiss-type automatic lathes and turn-mill compound machines allow multiple processes to be completed with fewer setups, reducing cumulative machining errors. We implement a three-stage quality control system covering incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection. All machines and measuring instruments are regularly calibrated to maintain measurement accuracy. Our manufacturing team follows the "Three No" quality principle to improve process reliability when producing Metric Precision Worm components.
